  "text": "In Schedule 2 to the General Regulations (applicable amounts), in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraphs (1) and (2) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraphs–\n“\n(1) Single claimant aged–\n(a) except where head (b) or (c) of this sub-paragraph applies, less than 18;(1)(a) £21.90;\n(b) less than 18 who falls within any of the circumstances specified in Part II of Schedule 1A or who, had he been a registered person, would fall within any of those circumstances and who–\n(b) £28.80;\n(i) is eligible for income support under regulation 13A; or\n(ii) is the subject of a direction under section 20(4A) of the Act;\n(c) less than 18 who satisfies the condition in paragraph 11(a);\n(c) £28.80;\n(d) not less than 18 but less than 25;\n(d) £28.80;\n(e) not less than 25.\n(e) £36.70.\n(2) Lone parent aged–\n(a) except where head (b) or (c) of this sub-paragraph applies, less than 18;\n(1)(a) £21.90;\n(b) less than 18 who falls within any of the circumstances specified in Part II of Schedule 1A or who, had he been a registered person, would fall within any of those circumstances and who–\n(b) £28.80;\n(i) is eligible for income support under regulation 13A; or\n(ii) is the subject of a direction under section 20(4A) of the Act;\n(c) less than 18 who satisfies the condition in paragraph 11(a);\n(c) £28.80;\n(d) not less than 18.\n(d) £36.70.\n”.",
