# The Income Support (General) Amendment No. 2 Regulations 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 by increasing from £23 to £33 the extra sum applicable to persons in nursing homes in the Greater London area to meet charges in excess of the maximum amount for such homes.
