  "text": "In Schedule 4 to the General Regulations (applicable amounts of persons in residential care and nursing homes) in paragraph 11(1) for the words “any excess up to £23.00” there shall be substituted the following—\n“any excess up to—\n(a) in the case of a residential care home, £23.00;\n(b) in the case of a nursing home, £33.00.”.",
