Regulation 3 Amendment of regulation 3 of the General Regulations

In regulation 3(2) of the General Regulations (definition of non-dependant), for sub-paragraph (d) the following sub-paragraphs shall be substituted–

“(d)

any person who is liable to make payments on a commercial basis to the claimant or the claimant’s partner in respect of the occupation of the dwelling;

(da)

any person to whom or to whose partner the claimant or the claimant’s partner is liable to make payments on a commercial basis in respect of the occupation of the dwelling;

(db)

any other member of the household of the person to whom or to whose partner the claimant or the claimant’s partner is liable to make payments on a commercial basis in respect of the occupation of the dwelling;”.
