  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 (S.I. 1987/1967). In particular, regulation 2 amends those Regulations so as to provide that a person who is in residential accommodation provided by a local authority and who is still in such accommodation when that accommodation becomes a residential care home for the purpose of those Regulations, will be treated as being in residential accommodation, notwithstanding that the local authority may no longer be under a duty to provide or make arrangements for providing accommodation for that person.\nThese Regulations do not impose a charge on business.",
