# The Income Support (General) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1996, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 21 of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987


In paragraph (3A) of regulation 21 of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 (applicable amounts for persons in residential accommodation), the words from “and the local authority” to the end of the paragraph shall be omitted.
