# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1988, Regulation 23: Amendment of regulation 54 of the General Regulations

Extent: E+W+S

In regulation 54 of the General Regulations (liable relatives) in the definition of “payment” for the words “it would be so acquired” there shall be substituted the words “it could be expected to be acquired were an application made”.
