# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1988, Regulation 26: Amendment of regulation 72 of the General Regulations

In regulation 72(1)(a) of the General Regulations (assessment of income and capital in urgent cases) after the words “any income” there shall be inserted the words “, other than income-disregarded under paragraph 39 of Schedule 9 (income to be disregarded),”.
