# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1988, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 4 of the General Regulations

Extent: E+W+S

In regulation 4(2)(c) of the General Regulations (temporary absence from Great Britain) at the end there shall be added the following—
“or
(v) on the day on which the absence began he was, and had for the previous 28 weeks at least been, continuously incapable of work.”.
