  "text": "(1) The provisions of the General Regulations relating to persons in hostels shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 1 to these Regulations.\n(2) In Schedule 1 to these Regulations a reference to a numbered regulation or Schedule is to the regulation in, or Schedule to, the General Regulations bearing that number.",
