Regulation 3 Amendment of regulation 16 of the General Regulations

In regulation 16(3)(c) and (5)(b) of the General Regulations (circumstances in which a person is treated as being or not being a member of the household) for the words “any of sub-paragraphs (a) to (d) of the definition of residential accommodation” there shall be substituted the words “any of sub-paragraphs (a) to (d) (excluding heads (i) to (iii) of sub-paragraph (d)) of the definition of residential accommodation”.
