In Schedule 8 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of earnings)–

(a)

in paragraph 5 the words “, hostel,” shall be omitted;

(b)

in paragraph 15 for the words “residential care home, nursing home, or hostel” there shall be substituted the words “residential care home or nursing home”.
