# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1989, Paragraph 2


In regulation 3 (definition of non-dependant)–
(a) in paragraph (2)(d) the words “subject to paragraph (3),” shall be omitted;
(b) paragraph (3) shall be omitted.
