# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1989, Paragraph 3


In regulation 16(3)(c) and (5)(b) (circumstances in which a person is treated as being or not being a member of the household) for the words “excluding heads (i) to (iii)” there shall be substituted the words “excluding heads (i) and (ii)”.
