# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 11: Amendment of regulation 42 of the General Regulations

In regulation 42(4)(a)(ii) of the General Regulations (notional income), after the words “housing benefit is payable,” there shall be inserted the words “community charge, water charges in England and Wales,”.
