# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 12: Amendment of regulation 51 of the General Regulations

In regulation 51 of the General Regulations (notional capital), in paragraph (3)(a)(ii) after the words “housing benefit is payable,” there shall be inserted the words “community charge, water charges in England and Wales,”.
