  "text": "In Schedule 2 to the General Regulations (applicable amounts) in Part III, after paragraph 14A, there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“Person in receipt of benefit\n14B For the purposes of this Part of this Schedule, a person shall be regarded as being in receipt of any benefit if, and only if, it is paid in respect of him and shall be so regarded only for any period in respect of which that benefit is paid.”.",
