# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1991, Regulation 14: Amendment of Schedule 9 to the General Regulations

In Schedule 9 to the General Regulations (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) in paragraph 9 after the words “nursing home” there shall be inserted the words “and he is not a person to whom Part II of Schedule 4 applies (persons to whom regulation 19 does not apply)”.
