# The Income Support (General) Amendment Regulations 1993, Regulation 2: Amendment of paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Income Support Regulations


In paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 (eligible housing costs) to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987—
(a) in sub-paragraph (b) after the words “as the home” there shall be inserted the words—
“, including interest on a loan for any service charge imposed to meet the cost of such repairs and improvements;”;
(b) sub-paragraph (h) shall be omitted.
