SOCIAL SECURITY

The Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1), 84(1) and 89(1A) of the Social Security Act 1986^f1 and section 166(1) to (3) of the Social Security Act 1975^f2 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after reference to the Social Security Advisory Committee^f3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
