# The Income Support (General and Transitional) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Income Support (General and Transitional) Amendment Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 17th December 1990.
(2) In these Regulations “the General Regulations” means the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987.
