  "text": "There shall be deducted from the amount of income support which would, but for this regulation, be payable for a part-week—\n(a) in the case of a claimant to whom regulation 22A (reduction in applicable amount where the claimant is appealing against a decision which embodies a determination that he is not incapable of work) applies, the proportion of the relevant amount specified therein appropriate to the number of days in the part-week;\n(b) where regulation 75(f) (modifications in the calculation of income) applies, one-half of the amount disregarded under regulation 75(f) less the weekly amount of any disregard under Schedule 8 or 9 appropriate to that payment.",
