# The Income Support (General) Regulations 1987, Paragraph 7: Persons treated as capable of work and persons entitled to statutory sick pay


A person who—

(b) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(c) is treated as capable of work by virtue of regulations made under section 171E(1) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (disqualification etc.); or
(d) is entitled to statutory sick pay.
