  "text": "Except as provided in paragraph 5, the weekly premiums specified in Part IV of this Schedule shall, for the purposes of regulations 17(1)(d) and 18(1)(e), be applicable to a claimant who satisfies the condition specified in paragraphs 9 paragraphs 8A to 14ZA in respect of that premium.",
