Regulation 11 Amendment of regulation 16 of the Transitional Regulations

In regulation 16 of the Transitional Regulations (persons not entitled to transitional additions) after paragraph (2) there shall be added the following paragraph —

“(3)

A prisoner within the meaning of regulation 21(3) of the General Regulations (special cases) shall not be entitled to a transitional addition, personal expenses addition or special transitional addition.”.
