  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Income Support (Transitional) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force as follows—\n(a) regulations 1 and 4, on 5th August 1988;\n(b) regulations 2 and 3, on 12th September 1988.\n(2) In these Regulations “the General Regulations” means the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 and unless the context otherwise requires the expressions used in these regulations shall have the same meaning as in the General Regulations.",
