And alsoe excepted out of this pardon all and every offence and offences committed or done by any Jesuit Seminary or Romish Priest whatsoever contrary to the tenor or effect of the Statute made in the Seaven and twentyeth yeare of the Raigne of the late Queene Elizabeth intituled An Act against Jesuits Seminaries Priests and other disobedient persons or of any part therof and all out lawries proceedings judgements and executions for the same offences or any of them,
