Article 5 Requirements and provisions concerning the exercise of the supervision function

The Independent Supervisor must, at least once in each calendar year, prepare and publish in such manner as it sees fit financial statements of its expenditure.

The financial statements shall be audited by a person other than an Auditor General who is eligible for appointment as a statutory auditor.
