  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Independent System Operator and Planner Transfer Scheme Compensation Regulations 2024 (S.I. 2024/125) (the “Compensation Regulations”), to correct an error in the commencement provision of the Compensation Regulations.\nThe Compensation Regulations make provision regarding the compensation determination by an independent valuer under a transfer scheme relating to the establishment or functioning of the Independent System Operator and Planner established under Part 5 of the Energy Act 2023 (c. 52).\nThese Regulations specify when the Compensation Regulations will come into force, allowing a period between laying and commencement, as was intended.\nA full Impact Assessment has not been published in support of this instrument, as no significant impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.",
