  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules provide that where notice of transfer is served under section 53 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 the period within which a bill of indictment is to be preferred shall be a period of 28 days beginning on the date on which notice of transfer is served on the magistrates' court.",
