# The Individual Learning Account (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 9th January 2008
Coming into force 31st January 2008
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 3(2) of the Education and Training (Scotland) Act 2000 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
