Regulation 14 Amendment of the Individual Learning Account (Scotland) Regulations 2011
Regulation 12 (grant: supplementary provision) is amended as follows.
In paragraph (2)—
for “Learning Provider Registration Agreement” substitute “Training Provider Registration Agreement”;
for “Learning Account Administrator” substitute “Training Account Administrator”;
for “Learning Provider Payment Agreement” substitute “Training Provider Payment Agreement”; and
for “Approved Learning” substitute “Approved Training”.
In paragraph (3)—

“(4)For the purposes of paragraph (3)(a)(ii) the Approved Training is deemed to have commenced on the date on which the Training Account Holder first attends to receive the training concerned or, if attendance is not necessary for the commencement of the training, on the date on which the Training Account Holder first receives any training instructions or materials.”.
