# The Individual Learning Account (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017, Regulation 15: Saving provision


These Regulations do not apply to any grants due to be paid under the Individual Learning Account (Scotland) Regulations 2011 as they had effect immediately prior to the coming into force of these Regulations.
