# The Individual Learning Account (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Individual Learning Account (Scotland) Regulations 2011


(1) Regulation 2 (qualifying arrangements (learning account holders)) is amended as follows.
(2) For the associated cross heading substitute “Qualifying arrangements (Training Account Holders)”.
(3) For “Learning Account Holder” substitute “Training Account Holder”.
