  "text": "In regulation 10(2)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a) after the word “who” there shall be inserted the words “, in the cases of a maxi-account or of a mini-account made up of a cash component, is 16 years of age or over and, in any other case,”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (d) there shall be added at the end—\n“, or\n(iii) who, though not resident in the United Kingdom, is married to a person mentioned in paragraph (ii)”.",
