# The Individual Savings Account (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 6: Amendment of regulation 4B (closure of cash accounts)

In regulation 4B, after paragraph (3), insert−
“(4) This regulation does not apply to a subscription to an account made in accordance with regulation 5D.”.
