  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations supersede the Industrial Assurance (Fees) Regulations 1991. They generally increase by about 7% the fees payable in connection with the exercise by the Industrial Assurance Commissioner of her functions under the Industrial Assurance Act 1923.",
