  "text": "In section 20 of the Scottish Development Agency Act 1975 and in section 13 of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975, for the words “ the Industry Act 1972”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ the Industrial Development Act 1982”.",
