# Industrial Training Act 1982, Paragraph 5

Extent: E+W+S

In the Sex Discrimination Act 1975—
(a) at the end of section 14(2)(a) there shall be inserted the words “or section 1 of the Industrial Training Act 1982.”; and
(b) the definition of “ employment tribunal” in section 82(1) shall cease to have effect.
