# Industrial Training Act 1982, Paragraph 7

Extent: E+W+S

In the Race Relations Act 1976—
(a) at the end of section 13(2)(a) there shall be inserted the words “or section 1 of the Industrial Training Act 1982”; and
(b) the definition of “ employment tribunal” in section 78(1) shall cease to have effect.
