# The Industrial Training (Construction Board) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997, Article 2: Amendments


Schedule 1 of the principal Order shall be amended as follows:
(a) in paragraph 1(a)(iii) “electric line or any structure designed for its support” shall be deleted;
(b) in paragraph 1(a)(vi) “electricity” shall be deleted;
(c) in paragraph 3(c) “electric line means a wire or wires, conductor or other means used for the purpose of conveying, transmitting or distributing electricity, or any apparatus connected therewith”, shall be deleted; and
(d) after paragraph 2(g) there shall be inserted “2(h) the activities of any establishment engaged wholly or mainly in electrical construction, installation, maintenance or repair work”.
