Made 1st December 1992
Laid before Parliament 9th December 1992
Coming into force 1st January 1993
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 1(1) and (7) of the Industrial Training Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, after the carrying out by him of consultations in accordance with section 1(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:–
