Explanatory note

This Order provides with effect from 1st January 1974 for the winding up of the Electricity Supply Industry Training Board, which was established by the Industrial Training (Electricity Supply Board) Order 1965, and for the revocation of that Order with effect from 1st March 1974. Any assets remaining on the completion of the winding up are to be applied for the purpose of repaying levy to employers in the electricity supply industry.
