  "text": "The Board shall henceforth be known as the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board and accordingly any reference to the Board in the principal Order shall be taken to be a reference to the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board and any reference to the engineering industry as a reference to the engineering construction industry.",
