  "long_title": "This Order provides with effect from 1st January 1974 for the winding up of the Gas Industry Training Board, which was established by the Industrial Training (Gas Industry Board) Order 1965, and for the revocation of that Order with effect from 1st April 1974. Any assets remaining on the completion of the winding up are to be applied for the purpose of repaying levy to the British Gas Corporation, now the sole employer in the industry, which was formerly called the Gas Council and is the successor body to the Area Boards who until 1st January 1973 were, together with the Gas Council, the employers in the industry.",
