Paragraph 3 Further particulars

The President, or a chairman to whom a reference has been assigned, may at any time direct either party to the reference to furnish any further particulars which appear to him to be requisite for the determination of the reference and the party so directed shall send the particulars to the Secretary and to the other party within 14 days of the receipt of the direction.
