# The Industrial Training (Levy Exemption References) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 4: Time and Place of Hearing


The Secretary, on the directions of the President, shall fix the date, time and place of the hearing of a reference and shall not less than 14 days before the date so fixed send to the applicant and to the Board a notice stating the date, time and place.
