Paragraph 5 Appointment of Assessors

The President, or a chairman to whom a reference has been assigned, may, in any case in which he considers it appropriate, appoint a person or persons having special knowledge or experience in relation to the subject matter of the reference to sit with the Referees as assessor or assessors.
