# The Industrial Training (Northern Ireland) Order 1990, Article 7: Amendments and repeals


(1) In Article 28 of the 1984 Order in paragraphs (8) and (9)( a ) and ( b ) for “(2) or (3)” there shall be substituted “ or (2) ”.
(2) In Schedule 2 to the 1984 Order in paragraph 13—
(a) for the words from the beginning to “exercise” there shall be substituted the words “ The exercise by an industrial training board ”;
(b) at the end there shall be added the words “ shall be subject to the consent of the Department ”.
