# The Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order 1990, Article 10: Reviews by the Employment Appeal Tribunal


Where the Employment Appeal Tribunal reviews an order to which Article 8 above applies, the day to be treated as the relevant decision day shall be the day on which the order reviewed was promulgated.
